At Alan34 INC, we strive to deliver your orders from taloil.com as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, costs, and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
4. International Shipping

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
